TRIUMPH HERALD RESTORATION
When acquired, the 1959 Triumph Herald Coupe hadn't been driven for many years. It had been made into a convertible and a 1200 cc motor fitted.
The car was completely stripped down, to bare chassis. Motor was fine, so left alone. Gearbox needed substantial repair, including new main shaft.
Rust repairs carried out. Shown here is a section of floor being replaced, with new part fabricated using a bead roller.
Cheers. Complete and on the road.
